Rick practices what he preaches, and at 55, he is fitter and stronger than most men half his age. His genuine real passion is for helping people learn Brazilian jitsu.

Kellyanne has been training in martial arts since she was five years old, now at 28 a personal fitness and martial arts coach and kids coach. Kelly is dedicated to helping anyone who wants to get fitter and in shape quickly as well as improving their self defence skills.

Kellyanne is a Black belt 1st degree in Japanese jiu jitsu and currently a purple belt lt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
