Gracie Barra offers a range of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu programs for kids and adults of all ages and abilities, we believe in the philosophy of Jiu-Jitsu for everyone and our classes are designed to be accessible to anyone.

Kids and Teens

Our Gracie Barra Kids Program is designed to teach children self discipline and self defence with a curriculum tailored to the specific needs of children of all ages.

Adults

We have immense experience teaching adults of all shapes and sizes the art of Brazilian Jiujitsu. Your age of physical fitness is not a barrier and our classes are open to both men and women.

Women Only

Each Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu session will be led by women for women. Gain confidence in your ability to protect yourself when needed.

Competition

Competition focused, with advanced conditioning components, point scoring, technique drills, sparring development and high-intensity competitive rolling

Barrafit

BarraFit is a jiu jitsu-inspired workout focussed on gaining maximum performance improvements, this workout includes both body and free-weights, kettlebells and other conditioning training equipment.

Why Gracie Barra

At Gracie Barra Glasgow we are part of the Gracie Barra family, and follow the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) instructions of the head of Gracie Barra, Master Carlos Gracie Jnr, son of Master Carlos Gracie, the first person in the now famous Gracie family to study the art of Jiu-Jitsu. This means you can be sure that you will be learning authentic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from Professor Salvatore Pace, a 3rd degree Gracie Barra Black Belt.
