Ricky GillonLead Personal Trainer Ricky is an expert in all aspects of fitness and conditioning. He is a black belt in BJJ and has been coaching clients from beginners to championship athletes for over 30 years. Key areas:

Kellyanne GillonPersonal Trainer Kellyanne is a Black belt 1st degree in Japanese jiu-jitsu and currently a blue belt in BJJ. She is our resident kickboxing coach and runs our kids BJJ classes.

Kimberly GillonPersonal Trainer Kimberley is a purple belt BJJ practitioner and a personal trainer at Gillon Fitness. She is an expert in teaching BJJ, and runs our popular strength and conditioning classes.
