Main training area – 2000 sq ft 

 

The training area is stocked with:

  • A Training dummy
  • Kick-boxing pads
  • Hanging heavy punch bags
  • Crash mats
Upstairs training studio – 1000 sq foot

Fully equipped gym – A range of strength, conditioning, and cardio equipment are available. A gym induction will be included to ensure you can utilise the equipment for the best return possible.

Additionally, a Gillon Fitness free fitness consultation is available on request and additional gym training sessions are available at an additional cost.
