The Mixed Martial Arts program at Gracie Barra Scotland is designed as an introduction to MMA in a safe and structured environment. This doesn’t only provide techniques in self defence but also gives you a fun way to get fit.


MMA is a way to tie together striking and grappling to give you an all round self defence platform. whilst people can develop their skills to potentially take part in competition it isn’t our main aim.

We offer MMA to our students after they have been through our Fundamentals and Advanced bjj programs that we run. A student will progress to our Black program where they can also train in No gi bjj classes , after this some may look to try mixed martial arts .
