Krav Maga GlasgowIf you’re looking to learn something new and meet lots of like minded people then the IKMS Krav Maga Glasgow Self defence and fitness classes are the place for you to go! With classes here in the Gracie Barra Scotland gym we have 2 classes a week. We have a fully equipped gym and you will be under the careful supervision of John Miller, the primary coach.

Training in Krav Maga will improve your physical fitness, aid in weight loss, increase your awareness and give you practical and realistic self defence skills to keep you and your loved ones safe all whilst looking and feeling younger.
